Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Processing Time

In stock orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Made to Order Items

Made to order furniture is built after your order is placed. Current lead times are listed on each product page. These pieces ship separately from in stock items in the same order.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, most standard orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Oversized items such as furniture and large rugs ship by freight and typically take 7 to 21 business days after they leave our warehouse. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order. Oversized and freight items may carry an additional charge, which is always shown before you pay.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days, contact us.

Delivery Issues

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and around your property first. If it has not turned up after 24 hours, email us and we will open a claim with the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather or other events outside our control, but we will always help you chase them down.

Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it is with the carrier, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be refunded less shipping costs.
